Sorry, I meant the stats not parsing correctly. Stuff like EXP, HP, Zeny show up incorrect in openkore. I believe there are also issues that surfaced with the update in Nov 2011.

When updating to a newer version of openkore, can I just copy my "control" and "table" folders over to a new build and keep all my customizations?

Control is fine, you should always keep your own customized copy. Tables may have small updates (for your problem exactly). If you update tables with svn client, you'll keep your customizations automatically and receive new updates.

Cool. So the only thing I need to copy over are the new tables? I can keep everything else the same? Does wxstart.exe and start.exe have to be updated as well? Thanks.

I copied the new tables over, but now my bot keeps disconnecting as soon as it connects. It keeps disconnecting from map server after 2 sec of being connected. I am not sure what is wrong now.

wxstart/start - depends, they rarely change. Most likely no.
You need to update src (and sometimes files in the root directory).
