just follow every bit of instruction and your bot should be fine. if it still doesn't. it's an IDtenTuser error.
edit:it's should take less than 5 minutes to make the bot work if instructions were followed carefully. THAT'S HOW AWESOME heero IS!
CHEERS to heero and other contributors! =)

Re: Temporary fix for openkore pRO problems (Jan 30, 2013)
The instructions were very simple:
1. 'Download the latest client of OpenKore' or 'update to the latest subversion of OpenKore'.
2.1 Go to tables\iro and copy recvpackets.txt.
2.2 Go to tables\pro and paste what you copied. This act should remove the previous file in this folder.
3.1 Go to tables.
3.2 Open servers.txt
3.3 Find 'your server'
3.4 Under 'your server', find charblocksize
3.5 Change charblocksize from 116 to 144.
3.6 Save
4.1 Go to src\Network\Receive
4.2 Open and edit iRO.pm using notepad
4.2.a If the texts in iRO.pm are not in syntax order, use wordpad.
4.2.b Open iRO.pm using wordpad and save.
4.2.c Close wordpad
4.3 Edit iRO.pm in notepad using the code provided in this link "Code"
4.4 In the provided link, Copy the whole code that is inside the box.
4.5 In iRO.pm, delete all of its contents
4.6 In iRO.pm, paste what you copied.
4.7 Save
The bot should now be working.
Another inquiry:
If your problem is the changed IP of New Loki. The Instruction is simple enough as provided in post #1 of this topic.
Thanks heero.
Note: There are changes made. The changes made do not reflect the comment and instructions I posted in this reply. Meaning, this reply is outdated. It is suggested to read the first post again and further replies made in this topic. In short, go and read.

yes. i followed everything. please note that this occurs randomly/occasionally. i just dont want it to happen at night, when i am hoping that my bot is grinding but its not.waferbaron wrote:did you follow the instructions? did you d/l the latest svn? i just did a test on slot 0-8. everything seems working just fine.jcjajcja wrote:One thing though.. are you sure with the charBlockSize? Or there should be more tweaks to be done? I noticed when my character is 4th and above (not counting the blank slots), openkore has the tendency not to detect it when it relogs.
For example in my experience, i have the following chars:
Slot 0: someCharName1
Slot 1: someCharName2
Slot 2: blank
Slot 3: someCharName3
Slot 4: someCharname4
Slot 5: characterToBeBotted
i bot the character on slot 5. however, due to network lag, my bots usually disconnect and reconnect. To my surprise, openkore sometimes see only the first 3 characters. therefore, wasting the time the bot should be grinding.
openkore displays only
Please select a character or action blah blah..
0 Slot 0: someCharName1
1 Slot 1: someCharName2
2 Slot 2: blank
3 add a new character (or something)
4 delete a new character (or something)
any comments?

Re: Temporary fix for openkore pRO problems (Jan 30, 2013)
I suspect that this happens when there's a lag/congestion during connection to character server and getting the character list.

i think you're using notepad. use Word Pad instead when editing.leenakt wrote:hi!

Re: Temporary fix for openkore pRO problems (Jan 30, 2013)
I just edited the post in the first page with a new recvpackets.txt
It would seem iRO's recvpackets.txt was missing a few packets as was posted here http://forums.openkore.com/viewtopic.php?p=72876#p72876 so I extracted the packets of the pRO client. As always test it out and see if PM's and other packets work. If your still getting unknown switch errors inform me here and I will look into it.
