Actually when this thread was open , i've download all hexing application posted by heero. I'm using WindowsXP. I think heero has posted a new download links for the hexing application at the first page.

Again Read 1st Page for the Application like xvi32,stripper(i guess), and w32dasm. There is a download links for these application posted by heero.

I have updated the first post seems that gameguard needs a few more hex codes for it be disabled.

Hi Hero, i tried the instructions you've posted in page 1 however every time I tried to do a save as ".exe", the modified file becomes like this: the icon becomes different and isn't working once I placed in my ragna folder.



appreciate if you could help me out.. by the way, this is not the first time I tried this. the previous updates you've posted worked for me even last 1.27.13 I think

Did you check if the file is recognized as an Application by windows? look at the properties of the file and see the complete details of the file you made. It should be shown as an Application if its not then you made a mistake when you saved the file.

yes i did it's showing as an application.. I did this procedure maybe 3 or 4 times before and everything went well. this is the 1st time it didn't worked for me. i really don't know why the file became different.



by the way I saw your post on fixing the issues with openkore and it worked for me.. thanks

Then try to do a simple file compare of the 2 files. Run Windows Command Prompt and then go to the folder where you save your hex and unpacked files and type this command

FC /b ragexe.exe ragexe-unpacked.exe

And see if the file contains alot of changes compared to the ones I posted, the file should only contain 16 different bytes. If there is more then its probably a problem with your hex editor. The icon can also mean that windows has not yet refreshed you can also try rebooting your system.
