Unsupported server list update

Hello, I would like to point at some servers in the unsupported server list which contain dead links or don't exist anymore.

We shouldn't really maintain any kind of supported/unsupported server lists for the same reason we removed private servers from servers.txt: we can't update them in time.

I see, I recently rechecked most of the servers in the list: http://www.openkore.com/index.php/Unsupported_servers
I understand that it is a lot of work and we can use that time for other things.
