It's pretty easy, they just open up as a window.

I dont see how it is needed. bots have their info in scripts which in turn should be easily opened and edited as text files.

Actually, all this bot's info is in a SQLite database. Unless you mean the code itself.

Haha, once it's finished I might share the code. It's not really that advanced at all. Just runs a bunch of SQL queries.

An IRC bot. As in, you talk to it on IRC in realtime. Note the chat log in the first post.
