how to get seller price from ro ?

i know a site "http://badgm.appspot.com/" can search all ro seller 's item price.

it's working on tro and cro now. I want to know principle, how the site can get these item price.

If I'm right this site shows all the players which are currently selling and their item prices?
The server owner probably wrote a feature ingame to use the seller information to a textfile and uses that on his website.
