I can't extract the recieve packet (China Mainland)

Hello everyone, mind helping me get some information about this server?..

Server Name: 仙境传说
Link: http://ro.kunlun.com/index.html

This server has its official server but lately it have released a new server called “绿色区” in english it means Green Beta.
As of now, this are the information that I have extracted:

I can't seems to get it right I think somethings wrong, everytime I start running openkore it keeps on saying this:
