My lvl 71 assassin wont hit for crap, whats up with that?

Ok so like it says im bottin a lvl 71 assassin and its not hitting doki for crap, do i need to put the double attack skill on there? cause it just doesnt seem like its hitting for what it should, its hitting them for like 300 and 400 but im a lvl 71 assassin is there something im doing wrong? or is that all my sin will hit for?

1.) What weapons are you using
2.) If you're using a Katar with out a chick hat or a side winder card IT WILL NOT DOUBLE ATTACK
3.) at the very least if you didn't get Double attack, then it wont use it. You should actually play the game first then think about botting it if that's your problem.

Im a dd assassin ive got double attack it was just something to do with a unknown packet or some nonsense like that but its been fixed and its looking all good so thanks
