How about a "useDelay" setting that makes the ai wait that amount of time before using the item/skill. The idea is to add a short delay so that the bot looks more human and doesn't have an instantaneous response to something.

I thought timeout determined how long it takes before the skill/item can be used again, not how long it takes before the skill/item is first used when the conditions are first met.
