Check if this serverType exists in :
src>>network>>send or receive>>kRO

Set serverType to "kRO_" and file name without extension.

Can you find the file RagexeRE_2012_04_15a in your src>>network>>receive>>kRO folder ?
I guess not.
If there is no file with exact compilation date, try the ones near to that date, or the latest available.
For example : RagexeRE_2012_04_18a #exists and is close to 2012_04_15 ^^
