I managed to get the Server Type 2014_02_05b added to my version of Openkore and have it running successfully now.
The issue was that I seem to have found 2 different versions PEEK.
One with a "1.bat" and most without.
Since I found the one without it first, I assumed the "recvpackets.ini" was my correct recvpackets file.

Also discovered that my server did have encryption enabled so I added the cryptkeys.
Now to start learning all the custom commands for the console.
