Fail when connecting to map server.

Hi, I am trying to bot www.roheya.com.
It's a TWRO server and I managed to get their server info by following the instruction online.
Here's my server.txt setting:

[ROHeya]
ip 103.240.198.123
port 6901
master_version 5
version 909
serverType twRO
serverEncoding Big5
charBlockSize 144
recvpackets recvpackets.txt
addTableFolders twRO
Private 1

However, I fail to connect to the map server.
Anyone can help me on the setting for this server?

You must extract their Server Client.

What do I have to get from it?
Any instruction to follow?
