Do i need Perl ?How to check?

Hi guys, do i need Perl to run openkore? How do i check whether my compueter have or not?

I'm reading this http://openkore.com/index.php/How_to_run_OpenKore , but totally not understand about it, I didn't study coding or whatsoever about programming.

I did found a website https://www.perl.org/get.html#win32 about Perl, but once again, i can't understand.

I trying to extract revpacket from DreamerRO .exe , but not success so i wonder is it about Perl.

So please teach me about it.

When we used to use packetExtractor v3, we could use perl or the start executable. Once its not working, u also dont need of perl to run the bot. Use start.exe or wxstart.exe instead.
