Moving to specific coords to get heals from leeching slave?

How would I configure my bot to move to specific coordinates on the map when they are under 30% HP as well as have my leeching healer cast heal/blessing on them when they arrive, but have them stay in one place?

I keep fiddling with docommand and partyskill but neither seem to work.
