Latest Update : GM has updated the xyz.dll and xyz.cfg once more and the packet from server changed to DC41 after Secure Login...

as long as we send normal packet instead of sending the scrambled 'by delphine packet',,, we will always hit 'unknown switch'..

i've studied from nefanasa login injection,,that if we can get the right login sessionID and get the right server list packet...we can login to ragnarok (with openkore)....

New update after maintenance 10-2-2010

They didn't change any of xyz.dll or xyz.cfg, but they changed the packet from server as follow :



Oh yeah, Mr.Harry, the ip 202.43.167.66 in servers.txt should be ip 202.43.167.67 to be able to connect

Additional Note : That is using Latest openkore SVN from openkore.collectskin.com. (I download it today and test it)

They didn't change the xyz.dll and xyz.cfg, still using 5-2-2010 version.

xyz.dll update 5-2-2010

The packet changed to 6CF4

First of all. try to check via MD5 hash at least, they do change xyz.cfg.
the key inside it affect's how packets are encrypted.

P.S. I still need to recover 616 VM calls to complete the restoration of dll.

I'm sorry, I don't know I should check the MD 5 Hash too, yaaaa I'm just a noob anyway all I can do is providing update...

As far as I know, if something edited the file, the modified date in windows should change, but it stays 5-2-2010....

maybe their patch on 5-2-2010 just some xyz compatibility with x64 systems.... I heard before 5-2-2010 people with x64 system were unable to play RO....

addition: My friend in D-Bests told me that there is new recvpackets, from 07E4 to 07FF, should extract ragexe (included in file above)

Here is the new update 3-3-2010 :

I think they didn't change anything, maybe still using 5-2-2010 version.

Just in case, I uploaded the new xyz.dll and ragexe.exe (3-3-2010)

1. Please extract the new ragexe.exe , they added new packets (from 07E4 to 07FF)
2. It's 202.43.167.67 , not 202.43.167.66 to be able to connect

please revise them in the SVN repository

hm today update is 13.2 episodes and it gives another Ragexe.exe and xyz.cfg (no change for the xyz.dll).

but since the ragexe.exe is only being hooked with the xyz.dll, the main thing changed is the xyz.cfg

atm i can't upload the client -_- (bad connection)
