Repeatable exp quests

Hey does anybody have a config for automatically refreshin a repeatable experience quests once 150 monster limit is achieved? Even a method of doing it is also ok. I was thinking of setting weight for each monster and 150*weight he will go and refresh. but not tried it though. can someone think on those lines??
