Server supporters: update for status handles

skillsailments, skillslooks, skillsstate are now merged with skillsstatus and located in statusnametable.txt. They're using handles from corresponding _id_handle files instead of numbers.

ran into a problem with skillsailments.txt being not found so I created one for pRO tables.

yea, i deleted it because current kore svn version does not use skillsailments.txt anymore.
An updated kore will use statusnametable.txt in combination with AILMENT_id_handle.txt instead.

Harvest's call here is for servers like twRO that before had a translated skillsailments.txt and could move that to their own implementation(translation) of statusnametable.txt

"Old" tables need updating, too.
