priest teleport problem

i found that the priest dont do anything after use the skill teleport.
for example, when the priest meet a monster which i have set to avoid in the mom_control, the core works good, my priest teleport to a random place. however, after the teleport, he dont u anything but random walk, even if his hp decrease to 0 when hit by a monster. he dont use any skill like blessing, AGI, KE and etc...
the same situation in a party. when the bot priest meet his partner, dont do any heal or bless on him.

BTW, the version is 2.0.7
sleeptime has been set to 150000

so my question is the problem is my setting or the core itsself? how can i do to solve it?
