Problems with the Openkore download page

I tried to download the openkore_ready.zip file from http://openkore.collectskin.com/ but whenever I tried to unpack it, I encountered this problem:



I use Windows 7 32bit Ultimate edition.
I unpacked the files using WinRar.
Zip file was downloaded October 10 2010, 10:20PM Local Time(Manila)

I also downloaded the file twice to make sure there's no problem with the file download, once with Firefox and the other with Free Download Manager.

EDIT: I checked the FAQ and I found the fix. Sorry. Must have been to groggy last night so I didnt see it.

1. Open the file in WORDPAD
2. save (ctrl+s)
3. Close the wordpad.
4. open by default ( double click)
