Functional Packet Extractor for Official Servers

Hi!

I need to generate a new recvpackets for the new Latam RO official server, but all options available in the wiki have failed. This client is packed using themida, but I have already unpacked it succesfully, so (I hope) the only thing missing is a working extractor.
What are people using nowadays?
