Bot wont start, How to fix this!?

this what happened before that.

when i open the bot. my pc makes a "beeep/tooot" like sound.
and it looks like the bot "Hung" or stuck. then i restart my pc.. and open my bot.

ahaha. if that's the problem then i CAN'T solve it!

i forgot. i've already download (again) openkore SVN and the same problem occurs.
