Bot does not attack, only walks around

Goodmorning guys, i know this questions been asked a lot, but i didn't see any solutions, so my problem is, it won't attack a monster, even if i placed it beside a monster, then log out, then open the bot program, it just ignores it, but it picks up items, and the version i use is 2.0.7 the one with the wxstart.exe (so you can see the map also) i don't know what the problem is.. thank you.. here's my config

thanks i've already downloaded the svn version.. but i still have one problem.. when it tries to connect it says connect failed... bla bla.. here's a screenshot..

and about the mon_control.txt can you please enlighten me more about this.. or post an example.. like put a monster in the format.. i'm a little confused.. sorry for the trouble.. and thank you..
