Poseidon question

Hi there, after 3 years I decided to go back playing RO. and I got some question since I a noob again in the game.

Do we still need to use Poseidon?

I'm having problems activating Poseidon to run the bot.
I've already done editing the poseidon.xml file and placed it on the data folder.

After running the start-poseidon.exe what should I do next?

Start 'ragexe 1rag1 /account:poseidon.xml'. -Where can I find this?

darkmoon server is down and so is Poseidon Server..

Poseidon server is an emulator for gameguard.. not your usual server ( account, map, file etc ).... it only runs in your PC acting as a fake server for gameguard to communicate with.

and sadly T_T I don't have any background on modyfing poseidon... although the documentations are available...

It'll take time for the update to be released... so for the mean time... we have to wait.

how did you place the edited poseidon.xml file in the data folder?? where can I find this data folder?? in the Ragnarok file or the Openkore file?? plzzz help... Valhalla server keeps disconnecting my char T_T
