006C Handler: Connection refused. Possible problem?

Im trying to use openkore on the server i created (Different IP from my bot). The server is the latest 3ceam. The Client file is 2010-07-07bRagexeRE Patched.exe.

After getting the recvpacket.txt and setting the server.txt with following setting,

ip *********
port 6900
master_version 13
version 20
serverType kRO_RagexeRE_2010_11_24a #had tried different date but not working.

The following problem occured.



May I know what's the possible problem? Thanks.

Problem solved:

Problem lies in incorrect CharBlockSize setting. By changing to correct value Im able to login into map server.

If date of hexed is : 2010-07-07b

Try this serverType :

kRO_RagexeRE_2010_07_01a

Or :

kRO_RagexeRE_2010_07_13a

Extract the recvpackets.txt of the hexed with JCV RO Tools.
Is the principal part.
