Cannot find Server Type for DivinityRO

I used the connectivity guide and found all the other values for Divinity RO, here is what I have so far.

The problem I am having is I cannot find the server type. I used PE Viewer and pulled a date for the client, but there is no sakray_exe that exists for such a date. I did server type 0-22 and only on server type 8 did it recognize my character and login. After logging in it recognized every player and monster as an NPC and will run around till it dies. If anyone can help me find the proper server type it would be GREATLY appreciated.

I think it was saying Packer parser 02C1.
