bRO maintenance 04/04

well, since the svn wasnt updated so far

just extract on opk folder and the bot will work


usually i would put the svn patch too but last couple times they were never used...

It looks like it might be easier to just hand out a commit bit?
If the others agree and if you hand me your sourceforge username, then I or anyone that beats me to it, could add you to the project
