CANNOT SELL ITEM ON VENDING?

pls help me iam trying to vend

Katar of Raging Blaze [3] item on my cart, because i cant get it to be stored on kafra employee iam no choice but to vend or trade, when iam vending it shows like

there is noting to sell

But when i try to vend white potions it work

i even tried replacing "g" with a "q"
and 'o' with a bigger O

Plss help me....

Hello. I got same problem with:

Town Sword [2] 0 0 1

I got same problem, item is correctlt setuped in items config; bot sells other items but this not:/ Need help with that pls. Thank You!
