xkore 2 dc when talking to npc in client, is this normal?

#1 Post by kty1987 »

everything works fine in kore, bot runs

grabs latest svn revision, xkore 2 is fixed so i try to use it

looks to be ok, except when i talk to npcs via client, my character gets disconnected.

i can alt tab and use the console to talk to npcs, and that works fine
its only when i talk to it via client, then i DC

is this suppose to happen?

Works fine for me, either with autoTalkCont or without.

What's your revision, serverType etc?

Works for me.

Maybe you're trying to talk with NPCs when your character is moving? What about talking after "ai off"?

already tried it, it dcs even when ai is in off mode

from what i can tell it keeps on trying to click next for me whenever i start a conversation with npc, then kore gets dc'd, on client end i still

i'll try to turn off autotalkcont and see if it still does it

for some reason even with autotalkcont off it still continues my npc conversations for me..

and i've noticed a few weird things on my bot

for one, i receive a lot of "packet parser: unknown switch" errors when i manually do things in RO client, such as use a potion or use my skills.

and also, for some reason in AI OFF mode, i cannot attack anything in my client, i can use skills to attack but left click normal attack is disabled (maybe this is normal as in ai off mode i remember it shouldn't be able to do certain actions)

while in AI MANUAL mode it will do weird things such as nonstop walking to the right of the screen

You aren't actually specifying "autoTalkCont off", are you?
for one, i receive a lot of "packet parser: unknown switch"
Which switches, for example?

Other weird things are weird.

no..lol XD

autotalkcont 0

for example unknown switch 0113 when i use level 5 bash manually through the client instead of typing console commands through openkore.

another weird thing i noticed is, xkore 2 cannot relog past char server when i have client open monitoring it.

for example, i have it set to relog after using storage, but openkore would get stuck on charserver and cannot connect to map and it will time out, unless i log out of the client to menu, then it can get into the game. not sure if this is normal xkore 2 function.

i'm kinda just letting you know all the weird things the bot is doing as i go XD see if any of it is related
