Unable to connect : Unknown Error (10061)

Hey guy! (i'm brasilian, so that's the reason for my bad english) =D

I've got this problem when trying to connect to a server named RagnaSony that seems to have a Shield called "Harmony"

It seems the address is not correct but i got it from GRF Tools.

I installed the server in one separeted folder just to see the RagnaSony's files, and find the right .grf

Here's the grf tool details and Openkore error:

i tried to use WPE and Wireshark to find the IP, but when i run WPE, i got this message:

running Wireshark, the problem is this ( i saw the connection guide and that's what happend):

Any idea ? Did i do something wrong?
