I know that the error 10050 is a connection problem to the server, but I can login just fine without openkore.

Hm, seems your Server Information is incorrect. The port surely is, because it is 4500. Just get a new OpenKore/Servers.txt and update it to latest revision using TortoiseSVN (Look for a Tutorial on Google to do this).
