anyone knows a RECENTLY OPENED server, low rates?

Im searching for a server like this:

- VERY RECENT OPENING (Max 1 month lifetime, very few days ago preferably), or OPENING VERY SOON would be even better
- Low Rates (max 5x or so)
- Good Ping and 70+ 100+ players online preferably
- No antibot

any one knows of a server like this?

you can only have 2 accounts ONLINE at the same time, you can have unlimited number of other accounts... as a test they raised the limit to 3 at a time btw for a while
