How do I use attack items on monsters?

I'm really sorry but I can't find anything regarding this. I've searched the manual and the forum for hours now.. and still didn't find anything.
I want to use the attack items (Fire Bolt Level 3) on monsters without using macro. Any help?

It also took me some time before I actually found this command.
Searching for "item" in the search bar doesn't show the right information.
I noticed the command when I was looking at the console commands overview: http://www.openkore.com/index.php/Overv ... e_Commands

Thank you for this. And I'm sorry I did not searched thoroughly. I was thinking I would find something like attackUseItem on the forums.. hehe. Maybe I should try the "im" command it on macro instead. Thanks again.
