my pc has lower specs than yours and i run 8 bots, and i limit them to 8, my cpu usage ranges from 70s to 90s, u can have as many bots as u want just keep an eye on your cpu usage or u wont be able to use your computer properly
Win 7 64-bit takes up a lot of RAM even if you're doing nothing so it really lessen the bots you can run simultaneously. I also have a spare computer that almost have the same specs(4GB RAM) as yours and I dual-booted it to CentOS(Linux). The last time I tried(Like a year ago), I can run 50 bots(SleepTime 50000) on it since Linux doesn't really take up much RAM than Win 7.

You know how to overclock your PC? Do that and do that at your pc's risk.
Use start.exe only.
Disable other non-necessary applications and background programs.
Do not use your PC other than botting your 50 bot accounts.
Caution, if overclocking, and RAM is maxed-out and massive bots:
Doing this will make your IP address suspicious to GMs. Massive bots on the same IP will be malware/trojan warning to the GMs.
There will be occasional 'timeout on map server'.
'The Blue-Screen of Death may Appear'.
