Edit: I did unpack the exe following this tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-Cg6KPMFOG0 .Using Ollydbg and ImpREC., is now giving the following error: ExtractPacketLen: Failed at second walkthrough.

@bRO : I believe it doesn't work because it can't find function.

looks like some of the official servers modify their ragexe a bit so PEEK cant search out of PACKET_CZ_ENTER
at least I cant search the "PACKET_CZ_ENTER" from ANSI or UNICODE in the file
probably still need to dump out the bit of recv functions first before using PEEK
