Kore built in autorespond(chat_resp.txt) do not work

Setting in config.txt:
autoResponse 1
chatlangcode 1

Stuff in chat_resp.txt
bot,botter no,I'm not a bot,huh?
honichiwa whoah?,who ru??,whay do you want?,why?

Problems
when i use my 1 of my bot to send a private message to another bot with key words/only words like "honichiwa", my bot does not reply to the message with either "whoah?,who ru??,whay do you want?,why?". So it that bug??

if it is a bug please fix it soon.
