Wx.start.exe Not working in new SVN?

I have set up with the newest SVN and there isnt a wx.start.exe with the download. I tried downloading from the "Cherokee" Download page that it sends you to, and when I try extracting the wxstart.rar, it tells me the file is corrupt. It allows me to extract the XTools.dll after downloading, but not wxstart. Wondering if there is somewhere else I can get wxstart from? Or if this version even supports it? Thanks in advance for any help I receive on this issue.
