Using both Wx on Windows, and Wx-devel branch on ubuntu, the indexing of items for both interfaces differs from the storage command.
Firstmost: storage outputs a zero-indexed storage list, and both Wx window outputs do not.
Moving items by command line, you need to know the proper index, and the Wx panels do not give this.
