Blind reduces the hitrate of a character.... thats why you missed

The very very strong wepon doesnot work any more, even miss suppose to be have a damage of 20 or 10

That's what renewal does. You have to get 377 hit rate to hit 100% roween. Even my MS is supposed to always hit raydric before. Your problem is RO not the kore.
