Can't use storage because of unknown item

I cannot use the storage because it keeps saying "Unknown Item #6121." How can I identify this or make it stop trying to add to storage?

To make Openkore detect item's name, put its name and ID in items.txt (just follow the pattern of the other items).
For not storing it, set the file items_control.txt
