making multiple Iro accounts

How exactly do you guys that have 20 bots or more make multiple accounts without them getting suspended? I've tried using a program called Tor. which should conceal your ip by using someone elses and Iro still suspends the account even when it isn't my own.

know how to script, and know where to lock your character, change map every once in a while, log off for about 15 minutes~30 minutes. i bot in A (one) private server with 4 characters at a time./meh
