Please Help Full Support Config pRO Valk

please help me i'm using a full support config but it doesn't heal... what should i do?
i edited it and it heals even though i have 100% hp
i'm using pRO Valk server renewal(3rdjobs implemented)
any post here for FS config for priest would be appreciated.... thx in advance :)

	target <------------------------------- name should be Indicated
	target_hp <--------------------------- hp left for heal to be triggered... ie. < 50%
in your partySkill block
