Choppy movements

My bot just moves for a few blocks, then stops very briefly and then moves again. The stop is kinda brief but it can add up over time making it get to the monster much slower. Is it because of my connection or there's something wrong with my bot configuration?

hmm I get this too and i haven't been able to figure out what causes it :S I'm not a complete noob but not a pro either. can someone help us out? I have read the wiki almost completely and haven't found much on it
