Problem with getting items out of storage. Suggestions?

I seem to have a problem in getting items out of storage. Every time bot tries to do so, it disconnects and logins after 30 seconds. It keeps repeating this process but never succeeds to take items out of storage but it can store items into storage with no problem at all. Suggestions?
