Disregard compatibility as there wasn't any releases with that command, but stuff that depend on it needs to be updated too (like wx-devel character selector).

Also inconsistent behavior with "relog", but who cares.

I will update it next time with "charselect 1" to clear $config{char}
and also fix some bugs on it.
