Problem with storage

Dear reader,

I seem to be having a problem with the storage function.
I seem to be getting this

The code i'm using is this:

Storaging still works, but it keeps taking things out only to put it back in.
Also i noticed that because of the weight it keeps putting potions in but i think i can fix that problem by decreasing the amount of pots my character takes along with him.

If anyone could point out the flaw in that code, please let me know.
(also the NPC i'm trying to use is the Kafra in front of Moc's Pyramids)

PS; Is there a way i can get my character to take out pots from my storage BEFORE he restocks at the tool dealer?
I have like 500 pots sitting in storage and they're stacking up as time passes because my character sometimes gets overweight.
