searched for days but cant find a solution...

he is able to log in (kore 2.0.7) but the char list is messed up, strting with my slot1 char, right name, right class, right bselvl, the rest is wrong.
than he show me a char on slot 112 with the last 2 letters (out of 6) from my char in slot 0 everything wrong.
i tried to get another servertype (tried all!) also another charsize (132 got the most of it right, the rest is not working).
after that i updated the hole folders with "SVN working upgrade". he tells me that the format is now 1.8, i agreed and he updates a lot. after that i cant start wxstart.exe or start.exe, even after searching the latest versions of these its not working complaining i dont have pearl installed... no big deal, installation done. but still after that, these exe files wount start.
so i tried the version 2.0.7 but cant fix the problem with char list.
than i used wxstart as xkore... but still he cant take over the char, caused by wrong char-infos.
also getting the recvpackets was not possible with the toturials frome the manual pages. it say that the exe could be protected or packed.
so any solution woud be great
using 64bit win8, that pearl version ActivePerl-5.16.3.1603-MSWin32-x64-296746
