" i " Inventory Item List Bug

I'm planning to do a macro, that when you say the word "crai" it will change its shield
But the macro commands, needs the specific number of the shield in the " i "

When i type " i " in the console I get this :



I don't even have that item ( 4 BROEKEN +17 Paradise Mantle [Durian] -- <4366>

The equipments that i have is a CUSTOM ITEM in a PRIVATE SERVER
I already tried to add the item number of the custom items in the items.txt
But it I always get that
