openkore doesnt detect characters

Hi.. i recently downloaded this openkore to have my priest support my characters. however, openkore cant seem to find the character list in my account. it starts up like it's asking me to create a new character.. the message goes like this:

Received characters in the character server
there are no characters on this account
------------------------ Character Selection ---------------------------

0 Create a New Character

Enter your answer


I tried to play my account online and my character is still there. i then opened openkore and it logged out my account online but im still getting the same message above. please help me.. i dunno what i did wrong here.. thanks in advance.

Maybe wrong server info. Haha. what server are u on anyways?
