Question About Ban IP

Hey guys,
I want to know if you uys can help me in my situation.
i have 3G connection 1~2mb down/ 2mb up and fibra local connection 100mb down/ 25mb up. Im using 3G for bots because is dynamic ip and its hard to get ban, the local connection i use in my rotines every day (Play, youtube, google etc).

I see when the bots are connected in 3G connection they have alot LAG and bot runs very slowly.

I need your help to find a way (without proxys) use my connection without take ban ip and my main accounts.

Get registered in the Internet Cafe program if they are still offering it.

It means that you can't get banned for botting, and any banned account can log in using your internet connection.
And any account that connects using your internet connection gets VIP bonuses while doing so.

I'm not sure if they still offer this though.
