Skills are not used or not recognized

Check skills output for skill names you're using. If there is no skills shown (but your character has some), then your server settings are wrong.

That is from FAQ.

Now my problem is, my HIGH PRIEST has a skill of level 10 magnus exorcismus, but in console, when I type the word skills, there is nothing shown in my skills.. please help.. what must I do?
